It's been a goal of mine to hit 300 watts for 60 minutes. I made that tonight, barely. Scraped by with 308 watts. My heart rate climbed steadily from 160bpm to 193bpm ... I think I found my limit :D
Hope so -- you're exceeding the maximum target heart rate of 220 minus your age. We like having you on our team!

Another three owl morning! I used to look up in the trees for the great horned owls, but turns out they are almost always at ground level unless threatened (or curious). They sit so still that I often think that it's a fallen branch..but no!

Hey all. Query: How do you get included in the daily meters list above? I've joined both as a team member and affiliate... knocked out 5,000m yesterday motivated to see my name up in lights today  but, it seems I didn't make the cut. Ideas?

Your meters will now appear...I had been remiss in noticing that the total meters were showing in red for the team. That meant that I hadn't added all the people! I reached out to Danwho - who did remind me of the refresh tab...and so now I see that we have FOUR teammates that I had missed!

Nathan brought in 7,320 m
Sorin (welcome back!) 12,519 m
Lola 35,906 m
Pat E 193,311 m

So. I am not sure which one Starbuck907 is because I often have to just figure that out. The meters transfer over as the entire total, then will add dailies...so I will be sure to call you out (in lights!) appropriately. Apologies for the miss!

Hello all, I'm Nathan (one of the new 4.) I only just recently got my C2. I've never rowed before this. Taking it slow because I'm trying not to wreck myself as I'm working on getting back in some sort of shape. I like your mission of getting to the moon (again), and it seemed to be a fun group, so I figured I'd make my meters count here.

Thank ya TallErgs! :D

Heya Nathan, fellow four! Agreed, definitely seems like a good group.

I've taken a screenshot of the 35,906m I brought with me... see if I can remember to re-post it when I can actually row that many meters in a single go. Life goals :P

Pat here, also of the new four. Looks like my entire season got uploaded. I'm just getting back into rowing since taking 14 years off. Hoping to get a million this season, and hopefully a slow marathon or two.
