Foot pain
Re: Foot pain
Do you have any callouses or hard skin on the outer part of the foot there? Sometimes the skin can press on the bone. Or are you pushing with the outside of your feet because your are not to flexible and parting your legs to reach forward. Sometimes having larger stomach area can cause this style of rowing.

AAHHAA, sorry to jump in. This might just be me - noticed a bit of pain in my feet recently as I begin to row harder and longer. I do engage in the parting the legs and lowering the foot plates due to man stomach. Struggling with losing the weight at the min - unsure why - looking into fluid intake atm as believe this is playing a part. I am aware of working on a calorie deficit to lose weight.Dutch wrote: ↑June 29th, 2022, 5:22 pmDo you have any callouses or hard skin on the outer part of the foot there? Re: Foot pain
You may have trigger points in either or all of the following; little toe flexor, little toe abductor or peroneus brevis. I’d be happy to do a zoom call with you to see if I can help you help yourself. Won’t cost you anything. I am a manual therapist specialising in myofascial release. Is your balance a bit off?
