Ive spent the day customising my walkman settings, what an awesome little machine this is for the price.
I remember the 'Denon' set up I had in the 90s and I'm sure the sound quality now I've tweaked the settings to my hearing seems as good as that.
So three hundred hundred and eighty nine cds imported at 320 kps. Has not even scratched the surface of my one terrabite micro disc, how of earth did they get so small, and cheap, twenty years ago you'd need something the size of a small suitcase with a huge fan for 256k, no I jest, but not much
And now I hold every cd I ever bought in the palm of my hand,
Only to find my children and grandchildren look at music very differently today, the majority of them want it instantly and they don't mind if it's rubbish quality, or if it's on loan or they get to keep it, or if the music only happens after twenty minutes of ads..
In my time we played vinyl at a pound for two singles, over and over, because that's all we could afford, for delivering newspapers, that are on the way out too
