It's also a new lowpull PB, PM5 said 1333W, C2 logbook csv says 1302W, I'll take the bigger one :lol:

Actually this wasn't planned, I had a short power session with 3x100m/full rest (not intervals), the 2nd one felt already great and ended at 13.7. Also decided to videotape it, but forgot to switch on the lights so it's pretty dark, but if anyone is interested:

The PM5 is very hard to read, at least ergdata is OK

Looks like power training pays dividends, I think there's more to come, happy with that
