Scrunched is such an emotive description, it sounds very painful, I mean would you admit to having "scrunched" your testicle on a concept 2, I mean it's not as if you can upload a picture 😂

How about this video of Danny Hart?

The relevant part is the play-by-play comment near the end.

😂, I love the fact that the two commentators are screaming as they describe Danny Hart quite obviously "scrunching" his testicles.
I think this is the purest description of what ball scrunching actually feels like, it's not so much what is said but how...

I have a problem....during the catch. My testicles get squeezed between my legs. I keep having pauses during my workout and have to 'adjust'.

Am I the only one? Is this normal? Is my form wrong?
I sometimes get this problem, but haven’t quite managed to identify what causes it as my shorts are all similar running shorts with liner support, although the saving grace is that it always automatically gets okay after some more rowing.

My problem more specifically is my balls going in and back out of my thigh gap causing them to get uncomfortably squeezed going through the gap. I suspect heat and maybe sweat lubricates that area and somehow fixes it. The problem is also more likely when your balls are stoutly rounded as opposed to shriveled up and I’ve never quite figured out what causes what state.
Interested in running, weight training, cycling, and rowing.

Have you tried cycling or better yet, rowing shorts? They help keep things in place better and avoid (or minimize) the "moving through the thigh gap" issue.
