Looking at some of your times for 5k and 10k you should ace this as they are mental quick times to me. Can I ask do you do this 10k in one go? My target at the minute is to get to a 10k in 60mins or less every Friday by May, currently in Mar I do 6k 7k 8k mon/wed/fri, Apr will be 7k 8k 9k.
Many do go for 10k in one go during this challenge, but many others break it up and do a combination of rows to break up the tedium of doing the same thing over and over for 25 days etc.
You could do a 5k one morning, then do a couple of 2.5km rows with a recovery period in the afternoon if you wanted to hit the 10k daily mark that way for example.
All comes down to what time you have and how you want to accomplish the daily goal really.
