Lifetime meters vs Million Mile Club meters

Post by ukaserex » March 5th, 2022, 7:18 pm

So, when I visit the C2 site and select LogBook, on the upper right of the screen I see Lifetime Meters and Season Meters. I noticed today, I was at 10,016,143 meters.

Excited to see what kind of "Complimentary Sweatshirt" I might get, I clicked on the Challenges tab, and in the "RowErg Million Meter Club", it states I've got 9,990,407 meters.

So, there seems to be some discrepancy. 25,736 meters.

Anyone know why there'd be a discrepancy?

I assume that's due to the 'resting metres' that you've accumulated whilst doing intervals. There's a different total of metres on the monitor as these get taken off
51 HWT; 6' 4"; 1k= 3:09; 2k= 6:36; 5k= 17:19; 6k= 20:47; 10k= 35:46 30mins= 8,488m 60mins= 16,618m HM= 1:16.47; FM= 2:40:41; 50k= 3:16:09; 100k= 7:52:44; 12hrs = 153km

My lifetime meters are the same in both areas. And I’ve had a few “resting meters”

Yeah the numbers shuld be exactly the same so somethings gone wrong with your log. Suggest you email C2 and ask them to checkit for you.

try filtering the meters by erg type, maybe some of those rows showed up in the wrong type. I also have a few corrupted log entries - if you have some that could cause problems.

In any case, I suspect you have a (10M - 9,990,407 + 1) meter row planned....

CONGRATS on 10M !!! Please let us know if the sweatshirt is nice B)

I've sent a note to C2. Hopefully, they can shed some light on it.

As far as filtering meters - there's no way to do that. The numbers I'm referring to are listed on C2's site when I log in. I can only presume they're a tally from my logged workouts.

So, I got the sweatshirt already! The expected wait time was 6-8 weeks, looks like I got it in 1 week or so. I confess, I didn't search the site for what XL actually means. It definitely runs larger than expected, this XL seems a lot like 2X or even a 3X.

I held it up against another of my sweatshirts, and the seam for the shoulder extends about 1.5 inches wider than my other XL sweatshirt. So, there's a lot of extra material here. I hope I don't grow into it, lol.

Oh! I forgot to reveal how obtuse I am. The discrepancy between my Lifetime meters and the million meter total - it was the total amount of meters ridden on the bike erg at a local crossfit box - which I no longer attend.
