I'm in awful shape, but I went ahead and put in an honest (90%) effort. 40lbs away from LWT status... but, I'll be back there by 2023

My first 10k down. Went to a local gym for the first time, they had a beat up C2 with a PM3 that I could not get to show the verification code, no matter how many times I pressed the 4th button.
I'm 4 weeks out from my 2nd bout with COVID, and I am really hoping I can fight through the fatigue, I've done this challenge 3 years straight now.
46:28.3 - 2:19.4/500m
Felt good to be back on the erg. My heart definitely isn't ready to go hard right now though.

Yay! 11:09pm... and my first 10k row for March is in the books with time to spare. Had a hard time getting started, but felt really good by the end.
Congrats to everyone who was able to find enough time to row today. And for everyone who didn't, tomorrow is a new day.
Best of luck to all of us for tomorrow!

Well done everyone, some seriously good times there
I didn't think I would get started what with one thing and another, but here we go, great journeys start with one stroke

Well done! I see you pushed a bit at the end to get that PB. Sub 10' 2k to bring it home! I won't tell the doc about the 130 HR though.

Good luck. Don't let your ego dictate your decisions as you need to be very mindful to get through the whole challenge if you're only four weeks in recovery.Tenshuu wrote: ↑March 1st, 2022, 10:02 pmI'm 4 weeks out from my 2nd bout with COVID, and I am really hoping I can fight through the fatigue, I've done this challenge 3 years straight now.

I hit 181 HR today. My max from a few years ago was 189. Tomorrow I will probably limit HR to 135 (60% HRR).Holly62 wrote: ↑March 2nd, 2022, 3:53 pmNo please , he does erg bikes and he could be anywhere.RayOfSunshine wrote: ↑March 2nd, 2022, 11:05 amWell done! They chemically stress tested my heart to 160, that's when they discovered the front of my heart wasn't getting enough oxygen, hence the last stent in a few weeks. I'm totally confident I'm going to feel great after it's done.

Re: Mud season madness 22
It looks like you may already be feeling great.
Day two felt pretty good. Day 1 - 17 seconds. This followed an hour-long Pilates class. With 20 Pilates classes under my belt now, I'm liking the combination of the two exercises.
