Keep setting new targets to beat
I will
Next PB to be evaluated: 2k, "real" 1k and 500m
Thx much
I think there is a bit more in the tank if fresh started, but very satisfied with the result anyway

One of my exceptionally rare appearances in this thread - probably the third or fourth time in the last 5 years! Managed a +1m on my 1 min PB today with a 355m total -
It seems there's life in the old dog yet.
Great result - as I did my first 1m approach this week with some less m in the end I know what effort it takes!

New 100m PB.
Even though I'm a "sprinter" I struggle with starts, so taking a split off my old PB was neat!

Stu, Sascha, Spinal, Alex - thanks very much, nice of you to say. Despite not posting much, I do follow you guys in both the training thread and here when you (often!) PB. Its very motivational for the rest of us... so keep it going. Thanks.
And while I'm on ... btlifter 13.2 FFS with a 1:06 avg - just unimaginable - hard to wipe that grin I bet!

Very impressive as always Cam!
And I still think you can go sub 13 with a bit more experience, only 2 splits difference between you and me is not enough

You're a powerhouse, Martin! I'd be happy to be just 1 split faster on this length!

New to the game - set my first 10k ever: 39:38
Today next 10k: 38:48.8
No TT, but went well so increased pressure on strokes each 2k. Low rate @20spm.

what's even more incredible about this is that on your insta you also own the fastest Half Marathon on the C2 rankings this year - mind boggling range. congratulations!

Today 1k@3:24.6
Bad strategy, not fully recovered - no good result
But 4s cut from my last "warmup 1k".

Good progress......let's see one when you're fully prepped now
....3:20?
Looking at the fly and die you held 1:32ish for 460m so you should definitely be under 3:20......maybe try starting at 1:40 pace and rip the last 250.

That could be a good strategy if fully recovered
