Training
I have several of Norman Walker's books. The first inspired me to change my diet completely, which also resulted in change of my lifestyle. Another of his books was part of the reason for my interest in land and property and getting into real estate. I had heard that he lived to be 118 but happened to call someone who had known him and who said he had passed away at age 115. So I took that number as being the correct one. Here is part of what Norman Walker said in his book, "Vibrant Health":<br /><br />"Do not EVER tell anybody how old you are! Once people know how many years ahve slipped under the bridge of your life since you first set foot on it, your name will go into a pigeon-hole and that-will-be---that! The number of years you have spent or misspent in this physical body do not indicate your stature. It is how you live and what you accomplish, without ever thinking how old you are, that will enable you to be AGELESS after four or five score years or more.<br /><br />"I can truthfully say that I am never conscious of my age. Since I reached maturity I have never been aware of being any older, and I can say, without equivocation or mental reservation, that I feel more alive, awake, alert and full of enthusiam today than I did when I was 30 years old. I still feel that my best years are ahead of me.<br /><br />"I never think of birthdays, nor do I celebrate them. Today I can truthfully say that I am enjoying <b>VIBRANT HEALTH</b>! I don't mind telling people how old I am: I AM AGELESS!"
