Hi there!
I´ve just ordered the new rowing DVD from Concept2-UK.
Can´t tell you if it works, because I haven´t tried yet, but it got excellent comments.
Just go to www.concept2.co.uk and look at the shop.
I´m also not a UK-resident, but if you send them an e-mail, they will ship it to you.
Good Luck,
Andrea from Germany

I'll have to find the link but I'd say the best rowing video I've found is call All For One, it can range a bit on the expensive side, but its worth it in the filmography and the motivation it gives you. It's about the U Cal Berk. team that won national championships in 98' and 99'

Hello!
Just catching up on my pevious mail.
I got the DVD "oarsome foursome" and it´s really interesting; it offers rowing techniques and workouts with or without the rower.
You can also row along with this beautiful olympic medal rower for 30 or 60 minutes(witch maybe more interesting for us girls, but anyway ).
What I got out of it is that it learned me how to row more slowly(my average was about 27 st.M) and now it is getting down, with the same time/500m.
I haven´t tried all the features, but I can advise the DVD to you.
Good luck and greetings from a beautiful starry night in Germany,
Andrea

The quality is a little grainy. Their website in comparison to other federations is lacking bells and whistels.
XENO
