Heart rate

Post by Basur » April 17th, 2021, 12:02 pm

Hello everybody. Sorry to have to use the translator as I don't know the language. I have a question related to my heart rate monitor. When rowing I hit it continuously with the handle. It is normal?
Thanks for your attention and best regards

You should touch your chest/upper abs, so yes, maybe just lower or up your heartrateband?

I sometimes hit my HR monitor, so I slightly lower the handle when I pull it. It is normal and nothing to worry about, but some people will pull higher up, which is also normal

I put my HRM slightly to the side of my chest....still accurate but no whacking it 👍

Thank you all for the answers. Moving the device up or down did not solve anything. But moving it sideways seems to have fixed it.
