Sub 7 is a big milestone.....huge congrats!bardmars wrote: ↑April 11th, 2021, 11:43 amI played around with the damper settings lately, before I just put it up to 10, but reading more about it realized that a bigger number isn't always better.
At any rate I was able to beat my previous 2000m time by 15 seconds today, and got a 6:59. Obviously extremely happy about beating the 7 minutes.

Another PB -awesome! You show no signs of slowing down. Hope the shot doesn't impact you too much, I keep procrastinating on getting mine as I always seem sensitive to meds and such and really don't want to be feeling ill but I know I need to do it before too long.winniewinser wrote: ↑April 14th, 2021, 2:16 pm60' TTNew PB +165m

I think with more distance work I can get this below 1:54....I'll discuss with JD as I know we have 1km planned and then probably on to 2k.
Fingers crossed the jab tomorrow doesn't hit me too hard. My brother felt like he'd been run over

I felt crappy after the AZ jab. Was OK that day but the next day and the day after felt ropey and like someone had punched me in the arm. If I had been rowing I would have prob given it a miss for 3 days post jab. Hope it went OK!
