I played around with the damper settings lately, before I just put it up to 10, but reading more about it realized that a bigger number isn't always better.

At any rate I was able to beat my previous 2000m time by 15 seconds today, and got a 6:59. Obviously extremely happy about beating the 7 minutes.

Time - Meter
6:59.0 - 2000
1:44.4 - 500
1:45.7 - 1000
1:45.5 - 1500
1:43.5 - 2000
Sub 7 is a big milestone.....huge congrats!

Excellent! Sub 7 is one of the biggest milestones to hit and you did it with a large improvement and a strong finish, way to go.

Had my first jab over a month ago, no probs apart from slightly higher HR for about four days. Didn't bother my wife at all. 2nd jab 20th May.

Thanks fellas 🙏

I think with more distance work I can get this below 1:54....I'll discuss with JD as I know we have 1km planned and then probably on to 2k.

Fingers crossed the jab tomorrow doesn't hit me too hard. My brother felt like he'd been run over 😬

Another PB?!? There really is no stopping you at the moment. This is very impressive indeed. 12th this season (although it might be a while until you catch Keith Darby - 17355m as a 45yo LWT is other-worldly).
