I'm severely limiting my time on the bike - and out-right banning myself from the rower - to allow my elbow to continue to heal. It's frustrating to not be able to exercise ... On the plus side though, I'm lifting twice a week and eating like crazy to support it. I've put on 15 pounds since the January challenge ended. I'm over 200lbs for the first time in 3 years!

I'm betting that only a few teammates may have seen one of these ...it's a hummingbird nest....about two inches in diameter for those who may have wished for a ruler to be placed next to it! Our parents can still surprise us - as I was when Mom said she'd found it among the jasmine vines a few years ago. She's kept it in a little basket to protect her treasure, etc. Something different to start your day!
