30 minute PB
Last PB was 8124m on a 30r20. Need to get better at higher rating, but happy to sneak under 1:50 average and negative split all the way through.

Well done. Higher rating gets easier with repetition, fitness and possibly breathing sequence adaptions.

Thanks all, really appreciate the kind words
The focused plan I am following from my coach has been instrumental in recent progress. Yes it's tough and the sessions can be hard but the base building is in there too and that mix of work has paid dividends. Also the crew in the coaches group is strong and we drive each other on with great encouragement....basically we are just chasing Ian
Really looking forward to keeping this journey going
