All I'd say is that if you do supply the kit, then you are going to need a really good set of terms and conditions so you aren't liable if someone is electrocuted.
Hi,
I'm pretty sure all modern tvs are double insulated meaning they are designed in such a way that the electrical parts can never come into contact with the outer casing of the device. In the same way phillips, panasonic, toshiba etc make Hair dryers !
It wouldnt hurt to remind people of the safety warnings that commonly come with TVs so thanks for raising it.
much appreciated.

I use one of these to mount a 32 in screen above the PM5 - fits perfectly.
Hi,
Is this mounted to the machine itself ?
cheers, mike

Yes it is mounted on the PM5 arm behind the PM5 mount. The clamp is a hand-screw fitting which fits the arm very well; you then adjust the angles until you get the TV in the right place. It comes with all the screws necessary and a standard sized plate which is screw-fitted to the back of the monitor. I also use a Mac mini attached with an HDMI cable; with keyboard and mouse attached, I can set the monitor up either to receive TV, or act as the computer monitor.

Nice set up.
I suppose its not for everyone having the big screen but for me its a very worthwhile upgrade.
I looked at some of those articulated arm mounts but I thought they would be a bit 'wobbly' for bigger heavier screens.
Either way its making the whole rowing experience more immersive and enjoyable.

many thanks,
Mike

I'm more thinking of the metal legs slicing the cable and then the family of the electrocutee suing you . Do you plan to have product liability insurance and are you selling through a limited company as you will be personally liable also?

I think that looks great. Will probably work well for the Peloton app.

Sounds like you needed a lot of modification to raise the rower arm along with a longer PM5 cable. How much did the cost of those modifications set you back? Do you find the PM5 is too high for you at that level?
Hi,
Im not sure on price but I was thinking of providing the whole kit -
2 x Longer Aluminium brackets, the VESA TV bracket, the mounting bracket, cable extension, cable clips, nuts bolts and spanners.
The longer brackets are predrilled to allow different size screens to be hung at different heights etc.

Hi!

Is it possible to purchase your kit ? I would like to give this a try on my machine. :D

Do you have any picture related to how you have secured the monitor arm to the rower?

Hello,

I am trying to put a 27 inch monitor on my c2. I looked up some other builds online and trying to figure out what to do with the two brackets/rails.

Option 1: Exchange them with new ones, which are longer
Option 2: Keep the original ones, but add new ones inside as a extension (like on the added picture).

Which would be more stable?

Thank you
