I am lazy about syncing my ErgData to the logbook. Sometimes, I'll do an entire month at once. I tried to do it today and it kept saying either my Username or Password was incorrect. So I logged out and logged back into the Concept2 Logbook. Still didn't work.
I wouldn't mind that much but I'm approaching 10M meters and would be within 100K or so right now adding my meters from last month.

Re: Can't Sync ErgData To Logbook
You mean your changing your login data within ErgData and its not working ?
If you check your login to the concept 2 logbook on a PC and then use the same login within ErgData it has to work.
You can view your C2 online logbook from within ErgData so if that is working........
Early versions of ErgData used to "loose" your login information from time to time but no issues with the latest Android version 1.96 these days but then I do Sync after every row as well as add notes including temperature and humidity information, average spm derived from the stroke counter and average HR.
I just love the way it sync's back and fourth between the PC and the phone, ErgData is brilliant.

Re: Can't Sync ErgData To Logbook
I don't know. Couldn't figure it out. I am logged in Carl, it just showed an error every time I tried to sync it. I just took it off my phone and reloaded it, but I lost like 200K worth of workouts over the last month and my history on ErgData, but it claims I'm logged on, which was VERY hard on my I-Phone to do. I have a feeling that the newest version of ErgData isn't very compatible with my old I-Phone model (an I-Phone 6).
Lost every workout since 12/22/2020. Shame, but I'm not that fast any longer, just like to know (roughly) how many meters a month I'm doing. I won't wait to sync workouts any longer. I'll do it that day.
What tells me that the lastest update isn't that compatible with my phone is I could barely log into the logbook with my phone. The keyboard covered up the login area. Was the oddest thing.

Re: Can't Sync ErgData To Logbook
I presume your running a PM5 monitor ? just upload to your logbook from the PM5 memory using the concept 2 utility to read the memory.
If your running a PM4 then you need to have a logcard in it as a last resort because things can still crash and you loose your rows otherwise.
Even with RowPro and ErgData I still have had to rely on the PM5 memory uploads if things go bad as a last resort.

Re: Can't Sync ErgData To Logbook
I found that the Concept2 Tool does not connect the first time.
So, I start the tool, connect the PM5, select upload and wait for the error, go back to first menu, then to upload again and all is good.

Correct, never works for me first time either but I think thats because I have been connected to RowPro.
If you restart your PC and the PM5 it usually works first time.
