6km TT today. Was meant to be a rest day particularly after the 30R20 yesterday but i had no aches or pains so thought why not
24 second PB in the end and no real hiccups. Enjoying this vein of form whilst it lasts. The overall average is also better than my current 5km PB so that will need to be addressed next.

That sounds just crazy, doing a great 30R20 and next day a super-strong 6k at faster pace than 5k PB!
Can't wait to see what you can do on the longer distances when it gets colder (in Australia, in Austria it's -10°C right now

Hahahaha, who needs a rest day? Doesn't everyone casually bang out a massive PB after a massive PB.
That last 1k is intense to say the least. Very strong sessions recently, but it's no surprise as you're still not peaking at the top of your potential imo.

Feeling quite good about myself decided to do a 15k this morning and managed a new PB;
15k 2:11.9/500 s/m 19 D/F 122
just got into a nice rhythm during the the first 1000 and kept it up doing negative splits every 3k.
Was strapless and had foot plates as low as they good go which seemed to help.
According to Erg data my av Drive length was 1.30m Drive speed 1.75m/sec Av Force 95lb looking at these can someone tell me how these compare and what I could improve on.
Woo Hoo!
Congratulations!
Feeling like it's a "good day" to go for a PB, and then doing it, is great.

Big drop in time, and to be even better than your 5 km time is great! (Only it now means having to improve the 5 km

That is seriously fast Ian - well done mate. I did a 12r20 last night and a 5k to follow, but was a couple of seconds per split slower. That still gassed me though.
