So pleased. Day one of week 13 of Pete’s beginner plan. Getting fitter for sure.

Do you track resting heat rate? I'd be very interested to learn if 12 weeks & 500km was enough to lower yours, and it so by how much.

I'd be interested as well. When I started in December my morning resting HR was 60-62, and is currently in the low 50's. Be interesting to see if someone else had similar results.
