Very nice Alex, and not even a full attempt, you'll crush the 22min milestone next time

Your stroke power improved a lot, all the hard work really pays off now!
4 PBs this month? You still have a few days to make it 5

Hit a new training 5k PB tonight. 17:58.5. Had nothing in the tank the last 1000m. I was sick all last week and missed a few ergs and had a rough one Friday night. I’ll take this one tonight.

Very good, especially if you were still feeling a bit crook. Looks like you had a small wobble in the 3.5-4.5k killing zone, and getting through that to still finish strongly (and sub-18 - yey!) makes this more impressive still.

Well done, that's a great result especially if you're still not fully recovered.
That circa 4k zone is always where it hits me on a 5k TT.
