All the hard sessions really sharpened you up, and you perfectly translated it into an amazing effort, very happy for you!

170m onto my 30r20 pb this evneing, at 1bpm lower than the last pb too.
Pretty tough and not much of a sprint at the end. I do feel myself getting fitter every week though, so the next stop is a 8500m 30r20

Cheers mate.... earlier in the week I wasn't confident of even PBing but a JD pep talk said otherwise and Bob's your uncle . Belief is a massive part of achieving.
