My dreams of a top 10 finish are slipping away from me. I did a slow/sedate 14.5km row this morning - as I was storing the handle, my lower back let me know that I was an idiot. Rowing at least is out for the coming days - and biking likely is, as well. *a few choice curse words*

Well, rowing is for sure out for the time being. If I'm careful with my posture I can sit on the BikeErg for some reasonable lengths of time with out a problem. Onwards and upwards, damn the torpedoes, etc.

Sorry you had a setback. I'm doing these machines because I had a setback lifting. No fun getting older.

Ouch! How long ago did you get injured? I know my future has an increasing number of back problems for me, so I do try to take care of it as best I can.

Thanks Kona2! I'm not a rower, but I can bike! Will help the team as much as I can. Some days (like today) the beautiful weather pulls me outside. I did 40k on my road bike before getting on my erg. Rain is moving in tonight so it might be all on the erg tomorrow!

Sounds like a good ride ! I’m all for getting outside time although usually my view is the tail wagging of two Goldens along the path as I walk behind them. Thanks for contributing what you can and have time to do.

James D says "thanks for the welcome!" He is my 8 yo son, and not allowed on forums yet. But he is excited to put in a few meters for our Luna-tics team!

Kona2, I thought I was also signed up a team member for the team. I redid some stuff today and think I now have signed up both for the Jan team challenge and just as a team member. Please let me know if there is anything more or different I need to do. Thanks!
