Hello, I am looking for a team for the challenges. Hopefully a team who isn't too competitive as I am new to the rowing scene.
I don't want to be considered an anchor to the team.
I started this rowing in October and have tried to be consistent. I want to give having a team to help with motivation a try. I am very out of shape and have not really done much cardio since college. I used to be heavy in weight training over the years but stopped due to injuries about 4 years ago.
Thanks.
