Online Log Question

Hello, <br />I was wondering when I row 4 sets of 500m with 1 minute of rest in between, do I log that as one 2,000 meters or 4 500 meters?<br /><br />thanks<br />corgimom

If you want to rank a 4 x 500 with one minute rest as a 2k piece you have to include the rest in the total time.<br /><br />When you combine such workouts in the online log you loose a lot of data that could help in your training. I combine things to make it easier to enter, I also keep a detailed log in an Excel spreadsheet that keeps more data such as drag and stroke rate and makes more calculations than the online log.<br /><br />

I'd enter it as 2001 meters.

Add up the meters, add up the times, punch it in. I keep a seperate log at home to record intervals, quality, notes, progress,etc.<br />Big caveat; if you're posting a ranking piece, or a BP, or doing a Challenge, then you have to do the whole thing all together. To me it's just easier to keep my C2 log simple.<br />

I usually log the total of the work out of the day, and, as TedCG does, I have another log book at home for the details of the work out.<br /><br />Cheers!<br />Keep erging!
