Hats off to you Alex...racing is not easy and v few people put it on the line. You delivered and even had the mindset to adjust during the race and PB. Mission accomplished.

SRIC LM40 and a small 🚨PB🚨 by 0.5s. First ever race of any kind, I was extremely nervous and spent the morning on porcelain 🙄😁. I had tested all connections before but sods law a Windows update led to some unnecessary stress 🤬....had to go to my work laptop. It's fair to say I blew my lot early and paced this very badly. Somehow I managed to find something in the last 500m to squeek a tiny PB 😬. Glad I did this before BRIC just for the experience.

I think I took🥈but waiting for confirmation.

Very good Alex. Bit of a banzai start but not by much. Think you can crack 6.50 right now (well not literally today!) with a more even spilt. 6.48 can't be far off.

Definitely went off piste at the start....really lost my stroke and posture so much of this was sheer determination. If I can settle down next time I'm hoping to get closer to 6:50
