"Morganne" under MAD TEAM IRC is a duplicate entry and can be removed, her score has been put on twice in error and the person "Morganne" can be removed as part of our team.
cheers,
jd

Done.
I've deleted Morganne and her lonely result.
I've moved Morgane to the Independents team.

How do the challenges work in ctc, I mean as in is there a guaranteed number of sprint or long distance events per year? Or can this not be answered because teams pick different events each month, each year.

If you scroll back a couple of pages on this thread you'll see one of Joe's monthly announcements. He tracks how many boats each team has floated in the past challenge, and combines with the number of months since they last chose a challenge to determine a queue of who gets to pick the challenges. New teams get to jump the queue if they participate 3 months in a row. Once a team gets the chance to choose, then it's anyone's guess what they'll go for. Some teams prefer sprintier challenges, others prefer longer sessions. There are overall constraints listed somewhere to stop ridiculously long events that take more than an hour to complete.
The success and longevity of the CTC is probably the variety. Some teams go out of their way to be extra creative, while others celebrate the purity of a ranking distance.

Congratulations to Germania for winning the September challenge. Fitness Matters launched an impressive eighteen boats on the virtual river.
Welcome Te Waka Aoteora; you've made a strong start to your participation in these challenges.
As a new team with more than three consecutive months of participation, Mercian Nordic Walkers have asked for and been granted the January challenge. Germania also made a request and will nominate the February event. FIRT will challenge next month and Fitness Matters in December.
Regards,
Joe

2020-10-19 Will David MHWT Team Oarsome 8554
2020-10-19 Will Lamb MHWT Independent 8554
Not accusing anyone but isn't this an extraordinary coincidence - 2 consecutive CTC entries of exactly the same meters with matching first names!

Yeah, good point. Will David is in TO and has done that distance. Not sure about Will Lamb though?

I have created a new profile, and tried to enter a distance, but I'm getting incorrect password message. Could someone have a look please?
