Thursday was 'leg day' in my lifting schedule. 8.5k of rowing after squats took a toll on me :D I succumbed to it and gave myself a rest day on Friday.

Whoop, whoop, and hooyah Mighty Thor! Congratulations, Thor, on achieving a ONE million meter erging season! We wish you many, MANY more meters on the bike and rower! In fact, we're kind of counting on it!
Way to go, Mikey! Congrats on your first million of the season.
Thank you my friends. Count on more. Now I’m but a cardio bunny with attitude I plan to row and ride far more often.
Janice and I are still having trouble with bike seats. Tried the big seat that I paid way too much for and that didn’t work for Janice so went back to the original seat with a gel pad a friend brought us but that isn’t helping either. I think the pad may be too thick. I am considering ordering another seat post from C2 and mounting the big seat on it for me. I can then switch out posts as needed. Even at that I can’t stay on the big seat for long.
So I will just stick with my 30 minute row followed by the 30 minute ride and call it good enough for now. Too bad, I was planning on taking on some long distance biking challenges. I am amazed at the positive impact the bike is having on my legs. I’m keeping HR at 130 for both and the fat is melting away quite nicely. I’m also strictly nose breathing. So not the big meters I used to put out but that’s where I’m at for now. A combined amount of 17K or so.
Keep on Ride’n and rock’n.

I had a goal of 6:40 or faster by the time I turn 40. Made it with a few weeks to spare!

When teammates share their stories, and their progress towards goals, the whole team gets to join in...and gets some inspiration from our teammates. Our journey to the moon is a long one - and one best enjoyed with many teammates! And Zach, the cool thing about switching decades is that you'll just about automatically gain a few percentage points in that 90th percentile group that Norma references. A lot of the master class cyclists I know particularly enjoy setting some new records for their new age groups - so a few things to look forward to for certain as you pass through that wall of flames (or was it that blaze of glory thing?!).
