Hi Ricardo

As Steve posted just above yours, the Forum Flyers could be a good option for you. Most of them are on rowers, but a couple of us use BikeErgs too. All metres are helpful, and I find I can do longer sessions on the BikeErg, which compensates for the halving of the metres for the challenge.
