FYI -
For those of you who havent seen them you might want to checkout Xeno's series of Concept2 workout DVDs. I can get bored cranking out the miles and am always looking for something to keep me pulling hard without loosing concentration. I just got the most recent ones. For learning technique, having a great workout and getting the most out of your erg they are awesome.

Each of the videos is a distinctly different workout--great for mixing up your workouts from day to day. Even the technique video makes for a great warm up, though I cannot to this day help laughing when I watch the technique video. The bad rowing, the bad-rowing coaching and Xeno's animated stage-like directing is hilarious. Besides, it is refreshing to see each time that I am neither the best--nor the worst rower there is.

Above all, Xeno Muller's sincere love of the sport radiates from the screen. And I mean tough-love some times. He's absolutely willing to push you while pointing out his own sweat, fatigue, mistakes, etc. in order to help you be a better rower.

Again, go for the boxed set.

Will

A single VHS from Rowers world is over $40 so 4 DVDs for $65 seems like a deal to me.
sean

Above all, Xeno Muller's sincere love of the sport radiates from the screen. Sincerely, thank you very much for your comments.
I greatly enjoy rowing and working out.
The fact that you are willing to tell others motivates me even more to be myself and crank out more workouts. All of us on the board are pioneers in fitness. The day will come when "dry-land rowing" will be the main form of exercise.
I invite you to look at a LINK which I set up on the second page of www.gorow.com
This weekend we have a 24 hour relay to raise money for the American Cancer Society.
Help me reach my goal of $500. We are going to have one rowing machine set up while a whole bunch of other people will walk around a track for 24 hours.
THANK YOU AGAIN for your support, I am honored
XENO
949-400-7630
