
I am just starting to ski(erg) and I have a question..
I am a runner and I always was a runner so I started to feel like a t-rex because all my training went into my legs.. I bought a Skierg so I could balance out my training and use my upper body some. But when I go skiing with intensity it still feels like my legs are getting most of the pain (and so I asume most of the training). What am I doing wrong?
