2m is a long way on the short stuff, but you'd be good for well into the 1230's on a good day. Well done Stu.
Thanks Mike, I think a 123x is probably my limit

Nice one Stu,

Never done this TT, but I reckon it must be pretty tough, especially after 1k.
Thanks Max. It can be slightly hard to start with to get used to the metres increasing rather than dropping. It doesn't sound like an issue but the little things can make a difference.

Stu it's amazing how the erg offers benefits for many different physiologies. I guess I have done a fifty of them and I am pretty sure only 4 HMs and one 30k ever!!
Yeah, totally agree. Some distances just feel so much better than others and it's just finding what suits you best.

Put a HM on the PM myself today with target of sub 1.20, got 12k in and was overheating so canned it. Was on 1.53.7 r24 avg so would not have been a problem.

Good Day,
May 4 I set a new 10k PB - after giving some advice to someone I tried following what I told them. I am happy to report that it hurt (so good) exactly how I thought it would.
However, besides breath control practice and the Pete Plan, I do not understand how this happened or why.

10k at 36:53.2 or 1:50.6. This beat my 27 day old PB by over 1:30. Again, I do not have any other explanations. That is an enormous jump and significantly faster (for me) than I am use to going. It’s not like I didn’t try when I broke it at the start of the month, it hurt then as well.

Just an easy 75 minutes today capping HR at 135. 17954m avf 2.05.3

Hard 5km yesterday in 17.37 (1.45.7) which was a 16 second improvement from a few weeks ago. I dont think the next improvement will be so big sadly!
