60' PB - 15.779m (+118m)
This was a very hard effort for me, plan was to stay >235W for the first 45' and then see how I feel, but I didn't feel 100% fit and slowed down to 230W. At the end I wanted to reach 15.800m but did a false calculation, started the final sprint too late.
Nevertheless I'm happy to have struggled through and get a new PB, on a very good day I think I can reach for 15.900, the magic 16k not that far away anymore
