Pace her weight is calculating the watts per kilogram and then converting to pace based on a weight that's the same for everyone.
For example, Marshall's Skierg 2k at 225 pounds is roughly equivalent to Henrick Stephansen's 5:56.7 lightweight world record on the rowing machine. The lightweight division or rowing is the only weight limited division, so that's probably the best one to compare to overall.

Pace per weight applies to all of the Concept2 skiing, cycling and rowing machines.
Personally I check my weight daily, and calculate my pace per weight for each of my time trials for comparison.
bikeerg 75 5'8" 155# - 18.5 - 51.9 - 568 - 1:52.7 - 8:03.8 - 20:13.1 - 14620 - 40:58.7 - 28855 - 1:23:48.0
rowerg 56-58 5'8.5" 143# - 1:39.6 - 3:35.6 - 7:24.0 - 18:57.4 - 22:49.9 - 7793 - 38:44.7 - 1:22:48.9 - 2:58:46.2

Re comparison different concept2 machines, that can,t be really done, due to the different motions which do cost energy.
On the rower the most, going up and down the rail, energy that does not go into the chain.
The skierg, the hip hinge/squat. Bit less compared to the rower.
Bike, body sits still, so hardly any waisted energy.

Re lightweight. On water thats 72kg on erg 75.

Tad smaller, Eddy is 188, James 181 ish if I am not mistaken. But indeed the same kind of built. There is a third brother, he erged on the rower, believe 6.15 ish. Which was made “fun” of ofcourse by the other two. He is the smallest of the bunch, but still has that same build.

The third brother, Alex, is a Team Oarsome member and he has lost most of his erging fitness atm, but could get it back quickly enough if he trained.

He also has the British U19 HWT record for 100km at 6hrs 48

Overall sportsman. On the skierg a class on his own. Nobody can touch him. Apart from the pure sprinting.

He really is a immense force of nature. That steady HR on the Skierg FM is beyond belief

Interesting that him and James Hall are both ex-props. Seems rugby guys transition well to erging. Would be interesting to see some ex-second row guys train erg seriously.

I'm surprised that props have the engine to be that good. Since substitutions they have been able to focus even more on strength and lots of props don't last the 80'.

Andy Ripley was a world record holder and apparently nearly made the boat race team at 49, but I don't know of any other top class rugby players who moved to the erg.

Soon a battle over 2k between the 2? Both ready to break the current record.
