I like the longer, slower row because I spend more time in the fat burning zone. And because most episodes on Netflix and Amazon prime are about 45 minutes long.

Quick update on Luna-tics Round 5 Boat status - although we know more results will be coming. I think I can hear a whoosh, and maybe a Go Go Go (or was that 50, 50, 50?).
We have 3 boats launched: Mercury, Apollo, and Eagle. Eagle is the only boat launched on the Women's Leaderboard for Round 5 so far.

I got into audiobooks when I started rowing because it was too loud to hear the TV. Now I can stream through Roku and listen to tv with headphones, but I still prefer to listen to audiobooks while working out.
