Ah, but, unlike me, I think it's a safe bet that you have a spreadsheet for those years before you started logging meters online.
Who? Me?
(Both all my paper logs, and the spreadsheet.)

I did a trial 4:01 row last night to figure out my pacing. Either tonight or tomorrow night I'll make my first attempt at a real 4:00 row. My knee was a bit sore - but nothing that screamed "hey, dummy, stop NOW". I'm not giving up on the spring series!
I am hanging in there too... Yesterday I tried a 4x4min/2 min rest interval set, just to get the feel of the 4 minutes row...
I managed some decent row, but it got more out of me than I thought... Today I will do a short easy row and will try a proper 4min TT tomorrow and maybe another one towards the end of the week... I never did a 4min TT before, so a PB is guaranteed .
I am also trying to reach 550k for the season, just to get on the honor board...

PR'd as well on my very first 4:00 minute row. I'm going to just start rowing arbitrary distances/times, so every time I sit down I PR. :D

I set the drag on 10 and got a serviceable run. Pace was 1:48 or so.

I’ll be giving the 4 min a shot tomorrow. I’m no sprinter but we have to represent!! Had to go ahead and get the 2 mil thing out of the way before the season ended.

Buck 48 is respectable for sure. I’ve never rowed a 4 min but My goal is 1:45

1:39.1 is a great effort, Zach! I hope your recovery was better than mine... Still coughing a bit, two days on. Saw a doctor, just in case, and as testing restrictions in Australia were relaxed this week to the point where a sore throat is sufficient justification, he decided I should have one.

So now I'm in self-isolation until the results are back.

Do you have a rough idea when you'll get the results back? I really hope it's just a bit of fatigue from putting out so many PRs in the last few weeks. We're rooting for you!

I hope the test results show no infection or other problem. Keeping you in my thoughts.

Learned a valuable lesson last night on my 4 minute attempt...don't try a sprint effort at 10:45 at night!

Will give it 1-3 more shots as the week progresses.
Started rowing 4/22/19.
PBs: 1min - 314m, 500m - 1:40.0, 1,000m - 3:45.3, 4min - 1,082m, 2,000m - 7:41.0, 5.000m - 21:18.2, 6,000m - 25:41.6, 30min - 7,010m, 10k - 44:40.5, 60min - 13,112m
