Looking forward to some steady state on Monday focusing on stroke length. I am averaging about 1.27 and would like that to be more in the 1.35 - 1.4 range, but trying to figure out where to get the most power out of that.

13k in 51:13.2 or 1:58.2/500m

No, this is not as fast as it could be, but you aren’t supposed to kill yourself every day. I am happy with the row and would’ve been ok with anything under 2:00/500.

Steady State Monday.

Reporting PP training in a PP training thread that nobody reads is very commendable! That FM is really strong at sub 3 hrs. 💪
Hope you meant 42,195m. Such an effort deserves verified entry in rankings.
