ErgData not detecting TICKR hrm on Android

My PM3 is connected with USB cable to ErgData on my Android and that works fine.
However ErgData doesn't detect my TICKR hrm on Bluetooth. It detects my JBL Speaker though.
What could be wrong here?

I have the exact same issue... I've found resetting the phone once the phone is connected to the PM3 makes it work.

Seems to do the trick this time. So my Android phone is not 100% stable on Bluetooth. Thanks!
