i row at my gym..when it reopens will my meters still count in the challenges??? something to figure out when we're on the flip side of covid-19...

and hope you are all safe and healthy :-]
Gyms will likely not open in time for the current Challenges, but future Challenges that match up with your ability to get to an erg....will be counted!

An OT friend video-diagnosed me with Patellar Tendonitis first in my left leg (which is why my numbers dropped to the bare minimum) and now in my right leg. As cases go, it's pretty mild. I think I'm going to drop out of the current incremental challenge, and reserve my efforts for the weekly boat challenges.

That was a skierg full marathon. Brings me to under 20k for 1st million. I think my only other full marathon was on rowerg in 2012.

Wooo! Thanks! This goal seemed a long way off back when I first got my erg last April and struggled to do 1k, but this team and all of the Concept 2 challenges make it easy to motivate me to do something

Almost 12 million Challenge meters earned by the Lunie Challenge Team! Amazing!

Image How you doin'?

This is not a mask that I made - I think it is one that belongs to our Governor. In addition to getting some meters done today, I've got to make a few facemasks. I am not good with sewing, but there are a number of templates for facemasks that don't require hauling out the sewing machine (maybe this would be a good time to learn how to use the thing).

still have a short 10k left before hitting 1m skierg. I did the 6k row this morning, which I ranked. On the team page, I see that i'm on a boat, but I can't see anything else. can anyone shine any light on this?

We have 8 people who have completed the distance required - so I could move one boat out into the virtual waters. I don't have to send the boat out until the last minute - and I think we will want the fastest times in similar boats to be competitive. Also, those who wish to see if they can better their personal time in the next few days may give it a go. Once I add an individual to a boat and submit it, that person has to stay there until the next round.

Here's the list of those who have completed a ranked 6K - and it is AMAZING!

Norma
Rebecca
Ted
Joerg
Jantuut
Baz
Andrew
Brett

The Spring Series write up disappeared from the Challenge page that everyone can see. I am not sure if they are working on the write up, but it is essentially the same Spring Series page that we all saw initially.
