Handlebar vibration issues
What have you done to help reduce and eliminate the handlebar vibration?
The vibration on my BE is quite extreme compared to the vibration on my road bike.
I have double wrapped the bar with two layers of foam tape, but the vibration still is too much.

Haven’t ever noticed this. Is the floor below perfectly flat? Is the up/down and back/forth on the handlebars tightened up properly? It can vibrate if they aren’t.
I wrap the handlebars with towels and ride resting down on my forearms. It’s a pretty comfy position and you won’t feel any vibration.

Re: Handlebar vibration issues
I'll try that. Thanks. I have an old one but it might be too soft.
Yes, the floor is concrete, smooth and flat. The bars and connections are all snug and secure.

Could be that the flywheel balance is off.

Re: Handlebar vibration issues
I did remove the fan cage housing, and the rotary balance was fine.
Ben at C2 suggested removing the generator, which completely stopped the vibrations.
Taping the generator has reduced (about 70%) but not eliminated the buzzing.
We're continuing to look for ways to stop the interference, and I'm thankful for the progress.
