Th NIA was a great arena. The atmosphere in first year 2001 was superb.
Pinsent and Cracknell went head to head in Open 2000m
I did LWT in the morning and Open 45-49 in the afternoon
6:41.0/6:47.3

Re: Mizuno British Rowing Indoor Championships
the final heats are not released until all entries closed and from memory it was mid week before the race day - they need to know how many are in each group.CanterburyJoe wrote: ↑November 12th, 2019, 6:27 amWhen do the timings get released I am in the open and my Dad is in the 50-59 category, be nice to know how far apart they will be.

Re: Mizuno British Rowing Indoor Championships
There's normally quite a difference in when those two groups are scheduled. The Masters (age group) series are first out starting at 9 with the oldest going before youngest. Depending on numbers 50 to 59 will be about the third outing, probably well before 10. After the Masters, they run the kids groups, and after the kids it will be the U23s and Open, usually timed to be in the lunchtime window with the biggest crowds...so probably 3 or 4 hours later. Will all depend on the numbers that apply for each grouping but its been like that for the last 3 at least...Good luck!

I would have quite liked to have gone to watch but it's the works Xmas dinner ....maybe next year.
Not sure I have the kahunas to take on the challenge and compete though.
Good to luck to those who have entered!

They do all the 2ks first - juniors and Masters in the morning then the Opens so likely to be around 2:30 or a bit later but don't take that as gospelcannondalerugby5 wrote: ↑November 19th, 2019, 1:37 amHi Anyone know roughly what time of day the 60 500m will take place?

best of luck Steve - hope there are some big guys to give you a push along.cannondalerugby5 wrote: ↑November 19th, 2019, 6:36 amWell that gives me time to get there on the day

Try to get there in time for the opens - it is quite a big deal and gives you a chance to get your head into the right space as well.
