Image Day 29 of 31...7th!

Three days left to participate in this year's Fall Team Challenge - every meter counts every day. So far, we have a participation rate of 84 percent of those who signed up for the FTC....would love to see that be 90 percent! All it would take is to have 3 or 4 people on the list drop a few meters in the team challenge meter bucket...!

On the other end of the spectrum, both Norma and David A reached their 300 K Challenge meters milestone. Congratulations!

250 K Heather - could be a meter millionaire by season's end!
Since I'm new to this, when does the season begin and end? I would love to be a meter millionaire!

The 2020 erging season goes from May 1, 2019 to April 30th, 2020 - like the actual rowing season. You have plenty of time to become a meter millionaire- and Concept2 awards a tee shirt to you for your first million!

Image Day 31 of 31....8th

More FTC milestones reached by the Lunie Fall Challenge Team! Zach has reached 500 K, Ken G, Dan O, and Minnie have reached 300 K, Louie and Brett have reached 200 K, and Robert H and Paul T have reached 100 K. The team has generated 11.6 MM ...and could reach 12 MM by end of day. Keep going, Lunies!

The mic drop has happened...and the Ancients have pulled ahead as expected. But the Challenge is not over for either team. And trust me, a smackdown in one team challenge just makes the next team challenge more feisty. Put those meters in our Team Meter Piggy Bank.

Currently back in 7th position, by a v-e-r-y narrow margin. Calling all feisty West Coast Lunies ... we can make a last-time-zone difference, now that the UK and AUS have gone to bed!

Good job, TallErgs. My last ditch effort, a couple of hours after your epic Central Time finish, shows Team Lunies 32K behind those rascally Ancients. Fun times, y'all, and goodnight!

Darn, but that a close finish. Looks like 10K between us and 7th place. If only, if only! I'm not depressed or anything, but plan to spend this evening in the comfy recliner, in front of the big screen, with a bag of salty snacks and an adult beverage. No erging, today. That'll show 'em.

Image Moving on....we are ready to shake, rattle and roll !

Row and/or ski at least 31,000 meters between October 25 and October 31 to get on the honor board and receive your certificate. Adaptive athletes and juniors aged 16 and under can also participate at the 10,000m level. One assumes that bike ergers will need to put in 62 K to earn their candy...so, once again, clear your calendars...and wait to buy that Halloween candy or you"ll be going back to the store. Concept2 is determined to keep us motivated, and knows we have weaknesses.
