Got it.

Look at all teams. The numbers are boats. Bigger teams can have 10 boats or more. First 5, 3 heavyweights, 1 female, 1 lightweight, in 1 next 5 in 2, etc. Boat they are all teammates.

Don’t see Roman numerals much outside indices, outlines, SQ. Look there! Boat # EX EYE VEE. Read the rules of the game at top o page, register and ROW. The shell is a silly board game but you don’t get a placement by shaking a dice cup. That part is real.

Thanks to Dangerscouse for recommending to give 6kms a new try.

Indeed, the final time worked out nicely, despite still feeling a bit sick (stomach still bothering me :x)

Didnt enjoy a single second though

There it is!! I had a strong feeling that you'd set a PB with your recent training and mental boost. That is a great effort, stroke rate and last 500m, well done

I need to re-test my 6k again sometime soon

Wow, that's a great effort, and a good bit faster than your 5k PB - unbelievable!! Looks like you can crush all your current PBs except 6k and 10k with ease :D

Great work Bob - very impressive pace, looks quite nasty. I don't think I've ever done a 6k but perhaps now I ought to give it a go.

100m PB - 14,7

Finally reached the sub-15-goal by far, much better than expected. Did 2 "warm ups" at 15,1 with about 5 min rest between.

Time Meters Pace Watts Cal/Hr S/M
0:14.7 100m 1:13.5 881 3333 53

Very happy with this effort, but still more in me I think.

Nice! Certainly more to come, given your training aimed at fitness and not so much speed. Looking good for a sub 1.20 500
