Am I allowed to attach a video to a post to show what I am discussing? If yes, what is the best way to do it?

Plenty of people post videos here, asking for critique of their technique.
Since the other thread turned into "it is probably your technique", you are already on track to that.
I guess it is easiest to upload it to a video sharing service like Vimeo or Youtube and post the link here. There is even a button for that in the editor, I see now.

Post the video on YouTube, post the YouTube URL on here.
