Always lots happening in team Lunat-tics, and just catching up after getting home from some hiking in our Warrumbungle Mountains...

I'll be missing the Summer Solstice (Winter for us!) row as will be in the Blue Mountains (100ks from Sydney) camping out in my swag whilst on Bush Search and Rescue event over the next few days. Apparently it is forecast to snow, and I know that isn't unusual for our North American friends, but hey, for me, I grew up in the tropics...and not used to snow!

Cheers, Baz... B)
Snow will just add a bit to your continued adventures, Baz!

Soak.It.Up......you are Concept2 Challenge free for the next five weeks...but don't let that lull you into complacency and inaction....BECAUSE the Dog Days of Summmmr running August 1-28 has a different distance goal each week of the four weeks. As always, Bike Ergers will need to double their meters to match the goal.

Good day to hit the ground erging! Blue sky day is bringing some higher temperatures, and the pups' walk must be completed a lot sooner in the day. Add that to the task of stuffing the Jesse-the-cat into the carrier for a trip to the vet (shhhhh), and it's a morning fraught with impending adventure.

Hey everybody! After a winter/spring that focused almost entirely on strength training, I took the plunge and joined a rowing club. After a couple years of time on the erg, I'm now taking a single out two to three times a week! I'm hoping to get on the erg for a day or two each week, but I need to find some balance in my life. :D
