New Dyno owner tips

Post by Jroden » May 16th, 2019, 6:42 am

I just garbage picked a nice Dyno yesterday. I am not a competitive rower that would be interested in using it for general strength development. I was wondering if any users could give me some pointers in terms of speed number of reps and sets and damper settings.

I don't know anything about Dyno rowers but do they have PM monitors like a standard C2 rower?

J,

If you look around the web you'll find several documents out there with advice on how to best use a Dyno as part of a strength training routine. I got one a few months ago and was able to track down some helpful info.

They have a PM2 based monitor with a totally different screen. Personally I have no idea how to use the Dyno but I can repair the monitor !

I also have a spare Dyno Force monitor after receiving a Concept 2 Model C rower with one fitted. Not sure how that happened but I pulled it and gave them a standard PM2 instead.

Never seen a rower using it, think its not for nothing concept2 stopped making them. Rowers either do weights of no strenghttraining at all.
