
Heart rate monitor was junk, tore it off 10min in. I started this thinking I would just do 1hr at 2:10 and watch my heart rate, felt good so I tore it off and started reducing my split to 2:05. Found my wall with 20 minutes left, struggled it to stay at 2:05.1 until 15 minutes left, my pace and rate were all over the place from there on.
Definitely targeting 15k hard. Makes me think HM at 2:09 is plausible for me right now
