Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
Thanks for the heads up, Citroen and John! I'll peruse through some of the teams.
How does one sign up for the CTC? I went to "Add or update new person" tab on the ctc website but it didn't seem to add a new name. Is there another tab I might have missed? Thanks!
Forum Flyers will want you.

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
If you go to: http://www.c2ctc.com/person.php there's a form where you can add a new rower.
Don't be alarmed when it says "incorrect password" - you should still pop up in the main page dropdown.

Hello Guys !
As we just finished our polls to determine March CTC,I just notified dougie by the following :
"French waves"
row 666-333-666-333-666-333-666-333m with a total rest time of 10 minutes 30 seconds to spread as you want.
no restriction except for the first start that must be a standing one.
Enter the time for these 3996 total meters, without rest periods

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
yes feel free to nominate the FFlyers as your team! Out thread is below. very mixed group from all over the world - not one of the powerhouses right now but normally 5 boats floated and no hard rules.GoodTimesGoHoos wrote: ↑February 27th, 2019, 11:54 amThanks for the heads up, Citroen and John! Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
Hi, I've just posted an incorrect time on the CTC challenge site (http://www.c2ctc.com/).
Does anyone know how I can delete it? The entry is:
2019-02-28 Paul Johnson MLWT Free Spirits 4:59.5
(I did 1402m instead of 2801m, no idea why).

Dougie,
The CTC has rolled-over to the FIRT session a day early.
Regards,
Joe

Post a new time and it overrides the one you've entered.pcdjohnson wrote: ↑February 28th, 2019, 6:33 amHi, I've just posted an incorrect time on the CTC challenge site (http://www.c2ctc.com/).

1402 was Feb14th 2801 was Feb 1st to Feb28th.
I think I've switched it over to March a day early (that's what comes of being down under in Perth WA.)
Edit: I've fixed everything until 8:00pm tomorrow.

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
I don't know if I'll have time to do the 2801m piece, but it looks like you've deleted my 1402m time anyway, so no problem. Thanks for your help.Citroen wrote: ↑February 28th, 2019, 9:13 amPost a new time and it overrides the one you've entered.pcdjohnson wrote: ↑February 28th, 2019, 6:33 amHi, I've just posted an incorrect time on the CTC challenge site (http://www.c2ctc.com/).

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
You were probably rowing Carol's challenge which is rowed in her memory each year on February 14. It's always 1402 metres.pcdjohnson wrote: ↑February 28th, 2019, 6:33 amHi, I've just posted an incorrect time on the CTC challenge site (http://www.c2ctc.com/).

Thanks - confusion resolved now. I must have looked at the challenge on 14th Feb and not noticed it was one day only.joe80 wrote: ↑February 28th, 2019, 9:43 amYou were probably rowing Carol's challenge which is rowed in her memory each year on February 14. Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
Hello again! When posting scores is there typically a delay? I've created a profile on the CTC website, but each time I go to post my score it tells me my password is incorrect. So I created a 2nd profile, but it also tells me my password is incorrect. Any tips? Thanks much.
Edit: Made another profile and it worked just fine. Whoops!

Re: Cross Team Challenge - Discussion Thread
Well done MAD for winning the February challenge in memory of Anne Yates. Just two months to go for a clean sweep this year.
Fitness Matters, with sixteen boats, launched the largest flotilla. Great stuff!
Team Oarsome and ESPRIT have the same number of points on the Challenger table. Team Oarsome has been waiting the extra month so they get the June challenge.
GarageAthlete, having produced scores for the past three months, has qualified to set a challenge but must get in touch with me for this to happen.
Challengers:
April - Gee Crew
May - BW Rowing
June - Team Oarsome
My upload of the charts to photobucket is not working at the moment. I'll try again later.
Regards,
Joe
