Re: Forum Flyers
Thank you Jack & Lindsay. I did have a go at 20/20 this morning. This was without the benefit of a warm up so I suspect I can get the split below 2.15. It always takes me at least 5 mins to get into my stride so to speak. I’ll try again next week.

Re: Forum Flyers
had a second go at the 20'/20 with terry (who "hates" these lo sr sessions)
mine was @1:56.7 which is closer to the mark at current fitness levels
Terry's was pretty good I reckon for a lwt old guy @2:04 and we floated boat 1 - he was pleased he had a go at the end
Ewen Macroth's @1:48 is very good indeed
...and 3 consecutive Aussie FF entries with Steve Ockerby too.

Hi Chris
Happy new year to you and the rest of the team.
I did all the 2018 challenges, and have 89 as a count on my side, so 1 of my bottom-of-the-screen entries might have slipped past your eagle eye.
Cheers
Dave

Hello Lindsay.
I hope you can see this and trust you might recall me? I am coming to Sydney in April and wondered if I might be able to train with you at all? I shall only be there 6 days but would that be possible do you think?
Cheers
Geo

Dave, i'll check my records, can't have dodgy stats!!
Second go this morning, the CV is way ahead of my hip strength at the moment, stupid injury niggle. Good session to build back up though.
Need to find some lwts to fill those boats, i'll try and eat less pies and see what happens.....

Terry and I have done our IRL 1' tonite
mine was 336m and Terry's 292m - haven't seen where they will go once adjusted.
Mine is a bit average right now but Terry is pretty pleased

George I will send you an email about visiting in April and tell you about the challenges that the FFs are involved with - the CTC challenge (www.C2ctc.com) which is monthly and the Concept2 virtual team challenge that is for January and logs monthly meters (or metres for those who spell it "properly").georgeperrin wrote: ↑January 17th, 2019, 12:36 pmhello Everyone - also what are the challenges please? cheers Geo
