Merry Christmas ladies! I gave up on the 200,000 goal as I was neglecting some of my other training. Will finish around 160,000 or so. Longer rows were impacting my back and it wasn't worth a back problem to finish the 200,000. Then I thought I would just focus on the CTC and getting back in a boat afloat, but I've gone handle down twice now as the effort required to do a 2:22 pace or better for 30 min. is seemingly a bit beyond me at the moment. I talk myself out of it mid row. Instead I will shoot for hitting 300,000 lifetime meters (since oct 6) by the end of the year.
Jill, no, my bike ride is not for charity. My husband and I are doing a Backroads Tour in Thailand the end of January. Some biking, some temples, some thai cooking classes and possibly a thai massage or two

. Not hard core biking...max of around 30 miles per day. Looking forward to it and I have already learned how to say not spicy in Thai in preparation for the trip

Hope you all have a great holiday season and a happy and healthy 2019!
